Derek, I would actually like to comment on how pleasant my experience was. When I initially called to schedule a test drive for my vehicle, I spoke with Brent who was able to schedule my test drive the same day and at convenient a time that allowed me to travel from Fayetteville to Smithfield. He informed me that he would have the keys in his possession so I would be able to see the car as soon as I made it to the dealership. When I arrived at the pre-owned location, Brent happened to be the salesman that greeted my father and I. True to his word, he pulled the keys from his pocket and I was able to see my vehicle immediately. As a young, first time car buyer I initially very anxious about the process. Brent and the man that handled the financial portion walked me through the entire process, and I never felt hassled or hurried to sign on the dotted line. I was very quickly put at ease, and the entire process went far smoother than I thought it would. Within 2 hours I was leaving in my new adorable little Yaris. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. I was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted at the perfect price. (I have to note, it was surprisingly difficult to find a used Yaris within an hour drive of Fayetteville). I will highly recommend Deacon Jones to others who are in the market for a new car. -Emma

Happy Customer!!!
Stopped in to the Goldsboro Showroom on Hwy 70 after a "confusing experience" with another dealer (drove 3 hrs to view a car they had and it wasn't even clean!! And they knew we were on the way!!!)..... Walked in Deacon Jones - was met with many smiling faces.... Abigail Summers assisted us in the purchase of a 2012 Ford Mustang.... Owner of dealership sat and talked - laughed - shared life experiences with his Dad and the car dealership..... Great Experience - will return for future vehicles... They have everything!!!! Thank you so much for a rewarding experience!!!

Buying Experience
When I started my search to replace my automobile I started online. As I searched, not knowing what I really wanted, Deacon Jones Auto Group came up. They had never crossed my mind. Turns out to be the best thing that ever happened. I think this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. All of the leg work was done before I even drove the car. The salesman was waiting at the lot when me and my wife arrived. We were greeted by name and the process began. My hats are off to them. Thanks for some great customer service.
